As i sit in my comfortable little home surrounded by the things i love i feel truly blessed. How many people could honestly say that they were living the life they had always intended? i wake every morning to the sound of the shower curtain dragging across the metal bar in my bathroom and i am grateful that #1. i married a ambitious early riser, and #2. i can snuggle deeper under the covers and fall back asleep. And at just about the time that i am deep into a dream i am kissed on the cheek by my oldest daughter who asks ' mom, can you curl my hair and make my lunch?' At this point my day begins. i get my oldest off to catch the bus and by then my other little sleepy heads are slowly dragging their little bodies out of bed. And so starts the day of a mother, carpool, play dates, house cleaning, errands, homework, lessons, meals, and the list goes on... i swear i could get lost in the list if i let myself, but i love most every minute. i take comfort in the knowledge that i am providing love and security to those that mean the most to me. So in a world that is filled with uncertainty and fear i count my many blessings and ask myself what can i do? What can i give back? One little mother in such a big world with so many needs... And so begins my journey. i can only do the best with the talents and resources that i have been blessed with and here thy are.
